Product Overview
Potatoes are main preserving products in our cold storage . There are so many cold chambers for potato Preservation . We are maintaining +2 degree celsius (35/36 Degree F) .Our storage capacity is around 15,000 MT.
In Fruit cold storage, we can store Dry Dates , Oranges, Malta, Green and Red Grapes, Apple, We are able to maintain a temperature of +2C to 15C with maximum relative humidity (RH) of 98%. Our storage capacity is around 300 MT.
In the Vegetable Cold stores, We can store Cabbage, Tomato, Carrot, Ginger, Red Dry Chili etc. We are able to maintain temperatures ranging from +2C – 15C with a minimum RH of 60% and maximum RH of 98%. Our storage capacity is 400 MT.
In the Fish Cold store, We can process & store all kinds of fish. We have a plate freezer to process shrimp and a blast freezer to process white fish such as Shrimps, Ruhi, Hilsa, Koral , Rupchanda etc. We are able to process at a temperature of -45C and store the same at -25 having a capacity of 250 MT.
We can also store Maize and Eggs in our cold chambers which are maintaining required temperature .
